Christmas Child allows families to create a Christmas wish list for their children.

Many of these children have never received a Christmas present. The program includes significant community involvement as local businesses throughout the area have Christmas “Tag Trees” decorated with Fishline tags with requested gifts. Donors can select a tag from the tree and shop for the Christmas Child families. The gift tag process allows parents (or children) to list three wants and three needs specific to that child’s interests, hobbies, and abilities.

Parents pick up their gifts at Fishline the week before Christmas. Over 270 children are served in this way each holiday season.
